Anger Management
A Happier, Healthier You
Anger Management counselling is available for adults and teens (aged 13-17), and children (aged 9-12), getting to the root cause of the anger to facilitate changed behaviour. Referrals are accepted from all sources including court mandated referrals. Proactive self-referrals are welcome.
Alcohol Use Disorder
Quality Care
Alcoholism is characterized by the consumption of alcohol at a level that interferes with physical and mental health and with family and social responsibilities. An alcoholic will continue to drink despite serious health, family, or legal problems. Alcohol abuse education is provided with emphasis on the effects of alcohol abuse on the brain and the body and on relationships.
Domestic Violence
Here For You
Domestic violence education provided to the perpetuators, with emphasis on the effects of the violence on the victims, including long term effects on children as young as six months old witnessing this violence. Help for victims provided using Traumatic Incidence Reduction modality.

Sometimes disagreements and disputes cannot be resolved without the help of an impartial third party. Sometimes, hurts and old emotional wounds resurface and threaten to destroy the stability of a relationship. Marriage and Couples Counselling Services - premarital and marriage enrichment counselling - offered to develop the skills for lasting change.

This approach to counselling helps clients understand themselves and better manage the events and people in their lives over which they have no control. Using the Traumatic Incident Reduction and Life Stress Reduction modalities, you are guided to see how past traumatic incidents affect present behaviours. You are guided to focus on building or re-establishing trust, increasing understanding, having open communication, and reducing conflicts to improve relationships.
